BHF Logo Rendering Contest

Dear friend,

Thank you for your interest in our BHF LOGO RENDITION CONTEST at Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Foundation. Following are our requirements to enter the contest:

The art must be rendered on a digital application to follow closely the instructions on a document titled BHF LOGO RENDITION CONTEST. Please pay attention to the way in which you can obtain this necessary and essential document in order to qualify.

You may submit up to three different variations of your logo rendition as per our instructions.

The logo should be vector based and may be created using any available vector design applications like Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Inkscape, etc.

There may be some wiggle room design-wise if you have an idea not within parameters of the provided model drawing, we are willing to look at your concept prior to beginning work. These will be treated on a case by case bases. Variations may be mostly regarding adding circles or mountains in other bands and lines of the design. The colors and symbols are important elements. You have the freedom in other areas including thickness and coloration of the lines. The shade of colors specified for fills.

A wavy band for the river is preferred.

Assamese band should contain the text “ড° ভূপেন হাজৰিকা ফাউণ্ডেচন”.

After you send in your application form we will inform you of your eligibility to enter. Acceptance of your application will be with a message and instructions which will provide you with guidelines for the contest. Please pay careful attention to what we are asking for.

Please note that by sending in your application you will be agreeing to a NON-DISCLOSURE policy about sharing this work and our instruction with anybody other than yourself. We appreciate that integrity, so it can be a pleasant surprise for everybody.

If your entry is selected, you will be required to transfer all use and production rights of your files to BHF.  Your name will be credited as the renderer/artist of our logo publicly and in our archives. There will some real rewards (to be announced). There will also be an opportunity to experience internship with exposure to the workings of our task committee in the area of your interest, if you should be interested. We are creating an arts education program. We aim to provide creative environments for creative individuals working together on projects. Thank you, best wishes and good luck!  —Tej Hazarika
